Hello, my name is Benjamin. I have been a real estate investor for 6 years now, specialized 100% in short-term rentals . I do not practice other rental strategies. I also have a real estate agency where we offer turnkey products for investors, whether individuals or professionals.

Regarding my entrepreneurial journey, I have always been passionate about the business world. I created my first business at 23, in Canada, with two partners. This lasted 6 months to a year. Then, I returned to France where I held several jobs in large French and European groups. At age 30, when I bought my first property, several business ideas emerged, including online training and coaching, as well as organizing events.

In 2022, with Amaury and Vincent, we decided to join forces and create the company Rent'immo . Although Rent'immo already existed, we joined forces to develop a turnkey hunting box and opened our offices in September 2022 in Nantes. Today, we are a team of 15 to 20 people, with agents represented throughout the west of France.

My entrepreneurial activities are varied: real estate investment, management of a real estate agency, launching a property dealer , and coaching. In 2024, I want to invest in new turnkey projects. My job involves managing people, operations, and strategy.

We also offer turnkey products for short-term rentals, either by mixing with student rentals to maximize summer profitability, or by renting all year round for short periods. These products represent approximately 10% of the projects offered to our clients. Our agents have solid investment experience, which allows them to effectively support our clients.

Our specialty is rental investment , representing 80 to 85% of our activity. We also offer primary residences and heritage services for arbitrations. Once a month, an external speaker comes to train our real estate agents on a new topic, making them more competent and autonomous.

I have had expertise in short-term rentals for 6 years, particularly in terms of revenue management and legal management. This helps our agents to quickly answer clients' questions about the feasibility of projects in terms of profitability and legality.

Regulation, particularly in coastal towns, is a priority issue for the coming years, because it helps purify the market and maintain high prices.

I learned to surround myself with the right people and build partnerships with revenue management experts. From the start of my short-term rental activity, I had a channel manager. Today, it is possible to automate many aspects of management, including check-in/check-out and housekeeping services.

To manage my apartments, I call on trusted relatives: my brother and my sister-in-law for Nantes, and my mother for Vannes. My mother also handles the interior design of all my properties, which is very popular with clients.
