Of course, here is the initial text put back in good form:

Hello and welcome to the Show Complet channel, the channel that helps seasonal rental companies and seasonal accommodation managers become serene and ultra-profitable entrepreneurs. Today, I'm answering a question that was sent to me some time ago: "What is your best advice for a beginner in vacation rentals?" »

Honestly, my best advice, and it really is going to be to say to yourself: become a professional in the world of tourism . Make sure you have a professional approach in the world of tourism. We don't necessarily realize it, but when we look to invest in an apartment or a house, we don't necessarily have the complete understanding that we are going to become a professional in the field. We are mechanically obliged to create a business. It's a mini business, even if you just buy a studio in an urban city, you're creating a small business.

As such, it is absolutely necessary that you make sure to stay up to date with what is happening in the field of tourism and the best methodologies that are currently used. That's the first point. The second point is to put them in place , to support you with professionals on the subject, and to take the essential tools in your profession today. All of these are things that we perhaps don't even notice at the beginning when we are, for example, in news or in guest houses. In general, when you start, you really have this approach of being a player in tourism.

I'm thinking more about people who come with the real estate prism, who say to themselves: "There, I've prepared for my retirement, I'm buying a studio in my town", and who are not necessarily going to have only mechanical things in mind, even if it's just a studio in the city, you become a professional player in the world of tourism by creating a seasonal rental in this studio. This, for me, is really the best advice. It's a bit generic, it's true, but it's really what will make the difference in your financial performance in the end.

If you liked this advice, I'm going to ask you to give it a thumbs up. It's true that I don't often ask this, it's been a long time since I did it, but I'm going to ask you to give it a thumbs up. For what ? Because it supports my work, it will allow me to continue making these videos, and it will allow you to continue to have access to all these videos every day and for free.

There you go, I hope you enjoyed this video. If you wish, you can either make an appointment with me to talk about your project, or download our free guide to the six mistakes not to make when launching your vacation rental or when determining your prices. I'll see you tomorrow for the next video.
