Short-term rental manager: a simple tool to manage owner invoicing

Today, I'm sharing this video with you to talk about owner invoicing . If you are a manager in short-term rentals , this is certainly a subject that you face, and the feedback I have is that it is often a pain without a name . This is why I want to talk to you about it.
Why talk about it today? Because I would like to present to you what we offer to our customers, what we have developed and implemented. This might give you ideas of things we've done that might inspire you and help you improve what you've put in place or even give you the idea to use this method.
Let’s get to the heart of the matter. I present to you our tool for proprietary invoicing . This tool is based on Excel for a simple reason: Excel is universal, easy to use and share. How is this tool structured? We have three basic tabs, essential for management:
Customer database : Avoid double or triple entry. If a guest changes their email, you only have to change the information once, and it affects all apartments.
Apartment database : It lists all the key elements of each apartment. When information changes, it is updated everywhere.
Reservations tab : This is the basis of invoicing. It can come from an export from the Channel Manager or, for a low volume of reservations, be filled in manually. The idea is to invoice in five minutes.
This tool allows you to generate a tab per apartment, exportable in PDF or Excel , with all the key information: customer contact details, income statement, apartment performance, and an exhaustive list of reservations. This facilitates transparency and communication between manager and owner.
The file is one-click editable, which updates all invoices automatically within two minutes. This makes the billing process quick and efficient, avoiding errors.
Alert management is also central. Alerts for new properties, cancellation fees or missing information ensure nothing is forgotten. The system is modular, allowing you to add or remove assets easily.
